For those of us that knew Dutch we knew he was a gentle GIANT and one of the biggest niners fans anyone would know. His nephew David Hartless took the reigns as Northwest Niner Empire President. In Honor of Dutch, David Hartless is now wearing the memory of Dutch on his arm. For those of you who knew Dutch we definately know that hat. Congrats David and show it off with PRIDE.
