RETURN & REFUND POLICY

POLICY FOR GOODS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We offer a 30-day return-exchange policy on all products unopened or unused and returned in new saleable condition. All clothing must be returned unworn with tags. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to the store. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Shipping charges are NOT included in the refunded price. We handle your return within 10 business days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the credit card of the initial purchaser. If you received the item as a gift, we will be happy to give you a store credit for the amount of the returned item.

POLICY FOR SERVICE

NINER EMPIRE TAILGATE EXPERIENCE TICKETS: You will NOT be given a credit or refund if you fail to show to the tailgate or if cancellation is NOT done in writing 24 hours before the event to: info@ninerempire.com

ORDER PROCESSING

Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

SHIPPING DELIVERY

We try to keep our shipping cost low to our customers. We will either send packages via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Fedex ground whichever is more cost effective. Should you need your item sooner please contact us and we would be happy to provide you with cost of an expedited / overnight option.

When your order ships from our store, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on your tracking number.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing you must report the lost package to us within 1 week of receiving confirmation of package being sent. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
